    hp hdx 9000- Media Console

    I havent been able to find any documentatoin on this. My media console seems to have stopped working. All the lights are lit but when I touch a control, nothing happens. I can access the controls on my remote, but thats inconvenient. I may have inadvertently disabled it. Does anyone know how the console can be enabled or do I have a more serious problem? Thank you!

    Ask a mod to move this into the HP forum. You'll probably get more help there. I don't know much about the HDX, but do you have HP's QuickPlay, HP's Quick touch software, and HP's Quick Launch buttons installed? I'm guessing one of those controls the media buttons.
