    a35. its about 3 years old. the key pad is in terrible shape. some of the letters are missing , some dont work at all. can i get a replacement keypad , if so where can i get one and are they expensive, or should i just get a remote one that plugs into the usb?

    keyboards tend to be $30-40. any toshiba certified repair center can order you a part, even if the machine is out of warranty. i'm not sure on where to direct you on the internet to get one, im sure someone else can help you with that.
