From the i5 to i3? Just wondering. Cause the asus im looking at is 13'' and the place im buying at doesnt have i5 in 13''.

So for photoshop and Adobe CS Suite im just wondering if i3 will provide enough power.

I thought the i3 does come with HT? Just no Turbo Boost?

You're right. i3 and i5 have HT. The i5 has Turbo boost. Turbo boost helps when you have a program designed for 1 core. i5s have 2 cores, so one will basically turn off. While the other overclocks itself, thus making the program run faster.

I did a slide show about the core i processors for Computer Apps class.
