my gf's laptop, she had some trouble with here DEll Vostro 3300
and i (like normally) changed thermal paste of laptop.
it was unstable, now its almost the same, Aida-64 bench test + furmark turns cpu 90 C and GPU 97 C , and i dont know what to do!

akasa 455 is a good solution as i know, what is wrong?

Use less paste, use a cooler/stand, and/or throttle the cpu.

You might want to check out throttlestop as well. There's a long thread on NBR about the program. It's great for having total control over your CPU's behavior.
