If you can wait for a bit, the new Nvidia 6xx GPUs, Intel Core i 3rd gen and AMD 7000 GPUs were just released, and should offer superior performance. I'm not the most informed on current gaming notebooks, you should probably post in the "What notebook should I buy" section for more informative answers.

Otherwise, it looks like decent deal. In my opinion, you do not need an i7 for gaming, few games take advantage of quad-core CPUs and the i5s are usually enough. However, if you do some very CPU intensive work (video/audio editing, complex calculations, etc...), it could be worth it.
