If I wanted 4gb of RAM I don't want to pay an extra $1000. Any recommendations for compatible RAM for the newer iMacs ( http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/wa/RSLID?nnmm=browse&mco=7B723646&node=home/shop_mac/family/imac) the 24'' 2.4Ghz processor? I'm looking at www.newegg.com for the site I'll be purchasing from. If you can find any other sites with nice deals that would be great. I'd like Kingston, Crucial, or Corsair if they are compatible.

any ram with the same speeds as specified on the apple sight, it doesnt have to be apple specific ram.

I know it doesn't have to be apples specific RAM, I was just curious if there was a specific module people with macs would normally buy that is compatible. But I did read you can upgrade using RAM with specific specs.
