    I need a new battery for my apple g4. I'm considering purchasing one from ebay, but many of the batteries are not actual apple brand batteries. I did a search but was unable to find any reviews as to their quality. most users selling these batteries have immaculatte user ratings, but often these ratings might not reflect a long term review of the product. any information would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

    I would use only an actual apple battery. You should be able to find a few of those on eBay as I was able to with my own Dell. If not try Amazon.
