hi i read this tutorial on how to install vista on a USB hard drive-
    http://www.winvistasecrets.com/forum/index.php/topic,1341.0.html,
i was wondering whether a ssd express card would also be seen as a usb hard drive, i have been told that the express card slot can either have a usb or pcmia interface, if it hs a usb interface will the express card be recognised as an external hard drive? if so how do i find out if my express card slot is usb based
    thanks,
my laptop model is asus s6f

Expresscard uses the PCI-e interface. USB is slower.

Have a look in the BIOS at the boot device options and see if booting from PCI-e is supported.
