Hi, I have an Acer extensa 5620-6830 and I was just wondering if it was possible to somehow upgrade the integrated video card to a dedicated one? It currently has a X3100 Media Accelerator integrated graphics chip. Thanks in advance!

No, please read the stickies in the gaming forum. Thanks.

Mmm. I've heard it's possible, but rather it's worth it or not is a different story. You'd have to find someone that can take it off the motherboard (it's melted there), without destroying the computer
.
Another option is getting external graphics. I'm not sure if it's released yet, but look around.
The better option would be to sell your current laptop and buy a new one. -
You too, go read the stickies.

Please read the sticky. End of story.
