i have an XPS m1330 whit an 8200m gs. seems to be considered a chipset GPU. i have no way to tell if there is a on board vbios or if the chip just uses what ever vram it's given.

out of curiosity i'm tempted to spend some money and see if i can have a shop reball and re-chip the vram. after i see whats on the mobo and source a double sized chip(s)

for all i know someone here has tried this or knows about the bios/vbios???
