i got a dell xps m1330, and i think i got some problem with the processor (not heat), and i want to change to something like T9300. is that possible?

Yes, you can, but make sure to get a good guide for upgrade (or get someone who knows his stuff to upgrade it) and make sure to upgrade the BIOS to the latest version before trying to upgrade.

+ Apply AS-5, and keep the old CPU handy since it may come in use if you would ever have to send your notebook on warranty to Dell..!!

What is your problem, cause usually the cpu is never the cause of a problem.
Yes your system is upgradeable and will accept the T9300 as long as you update the bios to the latest revision.
