I don't normally turn off my computer during night because I always sleep with soft music.

I know "sleep mode" is good at saving energy, however , it is good or bad to hardware?

when I wake the computer up on sleep mode, it always gives a loud and suddent start-up sound likely from the hardware , not from the speaker, that's why I am wondering if waking up the computer often is bad to the hardware

Sleep mode is just fine; the computer's hardware is designed for such use (CPU states, HDD spinning down, etc.). I do the same thing with my work laptop (it stays on from Monday morning to Friday evening).

The hardware noises you're probably hearing is the HDD spinning back up and/or power going to the hardware within the system.
