    hello...

I'm having a problem with my compaq v2000 notebook keyboard and mouse.

    1) The F2 button will randomly be triggered when it is not pressed
    2) Using the touchpad buttons, when I just do ONE normal left click to highlight a file, instead the whole file name becomes highlighted as well as if I were to rename it. It is very annoying. Any file I click prompts me to rename it. Even when I plug in a USB mouse, same thing; a normal click to highlight a file will become prompted to be renamed.

Anyone have thoughts on these problems? They do not happen all the time. It's random, but it is those two same problems recurring.

    Thank you.

you can easily adjust the double click threshold via the mouse applet in control panel.

Not all unexpected or unfamiliar behavor is a 'virus'.
