    Hey

So does anyone know what would be the most expensive thing to repair in a laptop and is it worth it?
I just wanna know this for future reference, as of now i have a 2 year warranty on my lappy but im planning to use it for 3-4+ years at the least.

definitely the video card or the motherboard
Graphics cards can cost from $200-1500 for laptops
My quadro fx2500m is a $1300 graphics card when it was released, and it is quite expensive to replace.
Most gaming graphics cards can cost in excess of $600 and when they fail, you have to buy a new one to use the system again, and that can really wring your pockets.

Motherboards also can run from $100-600 depending on the system.
