    Hi guys

    can anyone tell me how to change the brightness of my hp dv2000 screen...the fn+f7 or f8 buttons do nothing...its stuck at the highest brightness and i have no idea what i can do...please help me out cause its chewing my battery like crazy

    go to control panel, adjust resolution, advanced, your graphic card, and use the video card options to adjust gamma, brightness, etc.
