    hi everybody! i have a problem with my hp ze1250 laptop with windows xp. the sound keeps breaking up everytime i play dvd. same with music cd but not as bad as dvd. but when i use online radio or any music from the internet it's ok. is there anything i can do to fix it?

    You mean it plays wav and Mp3 files from HDD fine?
    Did it just start, how old?

    What program are you using to play the dvd?

    If you are using WMP, try VLC player or Media Player Classic to play the DVD.

    You might also want to try new codecs like K-Lite Codec Pack.
