    Does it do this with battery removed and AC adapter plugged in? Does it boot to Windows or does it start going through POST and then just shut off?

    I would try;

    - Testing your AC adapter with a multimeter
    - Using a known good AC adapter
    - Removing the battery and trying to power it on with just AC power
    - Remove the battery and AC adapter and hold down the power button for 30 seconds 2-3 times

    If it still does not power on after that or the same issue, you could have a power circuitry issue with your motherboard.

    Lots of laptops have fan-detect in the bios. No fan-running signal, it won't power up.
