Based on what I could find by searching your motherboard number 0GC068, I think I've determined you'd need DDR2 667 MHZ and you can hold at least a maximum of 4 Gb of RAM. I would provide links to where I've found this out, but it's mostly other forums where people are listing the specs for their computers with this same model motherboard. Dell seems to have no specs page for its motherboards or older models, very disappointing. The only really relevant thread I can offer is this one which essentially says it takes DDR2: http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=246486

Worth noting that although it would support 4 Gb of RAM, that's the motherboard physical limit. Your OS and processor type 32 vs 64, may play a part in whether you'd actually get any use out of all of it.
