Hello all, maybe some here can give me some advice. My friend has a Malibal p150hm which has a 580m. That old 580 was having trouble so I bought a new 580m from EBay. The laptop will boot with a display when the old card is plugged in but not the new card which is just a black screen, it doesn't even attempt to come on. So the Malibal tech support guy told me the card I bought has a different bios than the one that normal comes with that system and I need to flash the bios from them which he provided. My issue is, how do I flash a bios when I have no screen to look at. Any thoughts are appreciated.

What did the tech say when you told him the same thing?

This new 580M brought in EBAY was a Dell or Clevo card? If its a Dell one I dont think it will work even with it flashed with a Clevo bios.

The tech didn't say, he just responded with flash the bios or buy a card from them which is 700 bucks. As for the 580 itself, it didn't say, the listing was for a 580m new in a static bag that was sealed and had the same model number as mine so I thought I was good.
