    hello
left side of my laptops (dell e1505) monitor was nearly broken. There is nothing wrong with lcd monitor (or screen,do not know what to say). But cover does not fit and hinges do not hold the silver upper cover. So what can i do? Can i buy whole monitor and change it? where can i buy?
    Thanks

PS: my warranty finished and I can not sent it to dell. if possible, I should do it at home.

Well, best place might be to call Dell, and see if they can find you a replacement part even though you're warranty has expired.

If you know exactly what you're looking for there's a good chance you can find the part on ebay for a significantly lower price.
