    hey every body

    i wanted to ask about my Dell inspiron 1300, i wanted to add external sound card as PCI card slot or by USB so my question is this possible.

    you can add external sound by the two ways

    1 as by putting it into the pci slot.

    2 you can attach the sound card by the usb.

    so usb is the best way, but you can add both the ways.

    A notebook does not have a PCI slot!

    You can connect a soundcard via USB or via ExpressCard.
