Are you sure they take Pentium 4-M processors, because I thought they accepted Pentium M. Anyway, if they accept Pentium M, then it will probably need a Banias cored processor, or a Pentium M Dothan, with a 400 MHz FSB. The 400 MHz Dothan had the models numbers of 7X5. They may only work with a BIOS upgrade. If you plan on using the notebook for things like word processing and surfing the Internet, then a low clockspeed of something like 1.5/1.6 GHz will suffice. If you want to do more intensive tasks, such as encoding, then it is best to go with the highest supported processor, or th fastest your budget allows.

Yes, that processor will be fine for that notebook. However, you may need to check the BIOS, and make sure that it supports the 400 MHz FSB Dothan core Pentium M processor. If it doesn't, then you can't use this processor.

From that information, it looks as though the processor is supported. It should work just fine. If there is anything you wish to ask, don't hesitate to post again :) .
