I'm having problem with my bigpond wireless connection what do i do?
It's not actually my connection it's my neighbours connections. But it's too slow. It's so slow that when i wanted to download a show it said 15 HOURS remaining. The signal strength says good and very good but it's definitely not.We had this problem before so we called the bigpond people and it was fixed for a few hours then it went back to being slow, then it took a few days to working normally again. Now the problems back,It's been 5 days now i tried unplugging and waiting a few minutes after replugging it back again but it still doesn't work. What do i do?

Sounds like your ISP is throttling your connection, since they did fix it for a short while when you told them about it.

Contact the service provider of your neighbors internet connection and ask about the ISP. I wish you best of luck in getting a decent connection speed..

mate, this doesnt make any sense

you mention that u are using bigpond (Australian ISP) and your location is delhi (india)? that doesnt make sense..

if u are using/stealing your neighbour wireless, there are couple of things u can check

    1) What ADSL plan did your neigbour sign up with Telstra?

    2) Go to speedtest.net and check whats your speed http://www.speedtest.net/
