    hi,
i have an aspire 5634wlmi which has been a great laptop.
my battery has completely had it lasting 3-4 mins if the powerlead is removed.
the thing is i just about always use it with the lead plugged in anyway.
so would there be any benefit me getting a new battery for it.
so would i be investing or wasting £40.00+ for the cost of the battery.
    thanks.

well, depends if you wanna use your laptop as a mobile device or not. if not the answer might be plain and simple no. just take out the battery, you don´t need that 3 or 4 mins anyway. the battery is dead.

just a question: do you plan getting a new notebook anytime soon? if you do you might wanna save those £40 .

depends upon u... if u need mobility , a new battery will help... however if u use the laptop as a desktop replacement and don't move it around much , u can choose not to buy a new battery... its reallly up to u...
