    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220137
but somebody said to me it is a last gen processor
so what's the difference between that processor and 'santa rosa' (please correct me if i'm wrong about what its called)

Santa Rosa has an 800MHZ FSB, while a standard core 2 duo has either a 533 or 667mhz FSB.

No u won't notice an extra 133MHz of bus speed. If you get the T7200 vs the newer T7300, I guarantee you won't tell the difference between the tow.

Santa Rosa is generally a disappointment because it does not offer much of an advantage at all over the last-generation Napa platform. Power consumption did not improve, and heat went up. The performance improvements between the 667MHz FSB of the Napa platform and the 800MHz of the Santa Rosa platform did not do much, maybe +10% at most. Turbo Memory was a failure because it does little for system performance, caused instability in many laptops and just plain did not deliver what it was marketed to do.

So no, it does not matter if you get an Napa (Intel 945 chipset) based notebook.

If anything the older processors will be cheaper but still as good so I would go for the older processor instead of the Santa Rosa processor.

Napa processors are sold more expensive than Santa Rosa in ebay.
