    im basically a noob when it come so comps so i got a question...i have a dell 12in insprion 700m laptop and im thinking of upgrading the ram but idk which types of ram would fit and work on it or not..can anyone help me?

    No. Your laptop uses DDR PC2700 memory, but any DDR1 should work. Check the Ram Deals.

    i cant seeem to find ddr1 on newegg do u know any other good sites? the link u gave me...the ram is too expensive.

    or are ddr1 ram jus tha expesinve?

    DDR1 is lot more expensive than DDR2 now...DDR1 costs more than double for the same size
