    just wanted to know if this is any good

    Sounds good to me. Those components should be able to run Vista fine. I would definitely go for the T5600 if there isn't much of a price difference, which there shouldn't be.

    Then you may wanna look at something with a higher spec video card, like a Compal or Sager. Never played it (not much of a gamer) but I understand that BF is pretty demanding.

    well on my pc i have a 6800gt and i can play it maxed out, and the 7600gs is better than the 6800gt. so shouldnt i be able to play

    You're right, the 6800GT and 7600GS do seem to be pretty close clockspeed-wise (350 core vs. 400, same memory clock). See, told you I wasn't a gamer. ;) I just don't keep up with these kinds of things enough. I would assume based on what you just said that you would be fine then.
