    The HD3200 isnt actually a card; its an IGP which some say can not be overclocked, that being said, AMD Overdrive has allowed some users to overclock their HD 3200 cores, and even more often their memory.
    AMD Overdrive: Drivers & Support | GAME.AMD.COM

    Or you could try this;
    "HD3200 can be overclocked. Using AMD GPU Overclock tool, you just change left value to target clock ie. 600mhz. It will then display other number ie. 66.25. Ignore this, the actual clock is already changed. To verify, run GPU-Z, it will detect and display your new clock value.

    3dmark will not detect hd3200 clock, but its benchmark will show you the increase in performance. Goodluck"

    you can't oc CPUs in hp laptops... PLL is locked so you need to pin modd but you risk killing your laptop.
