Does anyone know if there are any PCMCIA to expresscard adapters that offer full expresscard including pci-e? I can only find adapters that provide USB support only.

If they do exist (which I think is unlikely), you are probably just better off buying a new laptop that has an expresscard port or getting your hands on a pcmcia card or usb adapter that can do what you are looking for.

I have 3 old laptops with PCMCIA ports. Thought it would be fun to pick up an adapter cheap so I could run my eGPU off of these systems for laughs.

I dont think it will work good as the PCMCIA is more than 2 times slower than expresscard slot (ver.1)

but it is for small expresscard slot

I don't think it will work AT ALL to run a vidock of off PCMCIA.
