    PNY is pretty decent these days. They're definitely not my first choice, or second or third or...

    I'd avoid the G.Skill, though, it's a small step above generic. Just get a second stick of the PNY, you can't beat that price and it's best not to mix modules. Even if the second stick were something like Crucial or Mushkin, you might as well just stick with the PNY if you'll have one stick of it anyway.

    I have 2 ddr2 667 1gb sticks from compusa and they are running strong. Going on 2 months of hardcore gaming, programming and cad work. So yeah PNY is still good.
