    Hi,
anyone here has experience with Western Digital Elements?
Looks real nice on their site, but I didn't find any info about it here on the forums.
And has anyone had any acquaintance with LaCie?
As for Seagate Freeagent, I've read mostly negative feedback.

I've used Seagate FreeAgent HDs, and I've experienced zero issues so far.

The Western Digital Elements HDs look rather nice.

I've got a mobile LaCie HD. Dropped it a few times, still works like a charm.

I like Apricorn myself, Seagate would be my second choice.

i still have a LaCie external CD Burner when i was on the mac train ages ago. LaCie products are extremely expensive and the only LaCie products worth it are their pro monitors (NEC) cause sometimes you can find them at nice prices.

With how cheap HD's are nowadays i suggest you just make one youself that way you can choose what size you want and what external casing you like
