I am looking for an all-in-one inkjet printer, that prints good quality, silent would be great, and the price of the ink cartridge are inexpensive...
and the price if can, not so expensive...

Why not just a cheap laser printer? Brother, HP, Dell, and Samsung sell them for around $100-200. It should last longer and you won't spend a fortune in cartridges. I mean if you have to print color than fine but if not go with a laser.

I agree with cbl12886, stinkjets just aren't worth the hassle now days ;). NewEgg has a Samsung color laser printer for $130 and pair that with a USB scanner for $5 from craigslist. But if you're sold on the inkjet AIO, Walmart has the HP Deskjet F2210, with printer, scanner, and copier for $29. A set of ink cartridges costs more than the printer, so consider it disposable!
