Ok i power it on and the screen goes blank (the screen works as ive connected it to my laptop), and then the fans just spin constant and do nothing.

Other times the POST bios beeps 3 times, sometimes 7.

any idea on how to get this machine working?

Are you running it on battery or A/C, did you try to update the bios?

did you even read the tite? Anyways on to helping. Do you have another video card to try it with. Maybe if you have an integrated you can remove the dedicated card and just use the integrated as a test. If that dosent work try resetting the ram. If that doent work then im not sure at this moment what else it might be.

Did you build the machine yourself or was it prebuilt? Was it working before?
