    problems with drivers for Sony Vaio PCG - 7113L

    i just purchase a Sony Vaio, NR Series Notebook, model PCG - 7113L but it does not read any other usb memory, beside only one. the first usb memory i conected was recognized, after that no other i use get recognize, no matter what brand of usb memory they are.

    can someone tell me why is this and how can i solve it. thanks

    i bought sony vaio nr series model pcg-7113l in saudi arabia in low price 2500sr the usual price of sony vaio here is around 4000sr is my notebook genuine?how will i know if it is clone or fake?

    When you plug-in other UDB memory sticks, do you hear a notification sound (like “ding dong” ;)? After you plug-in a non detectable USB dive, go to the device manager and see if there are any unknown devices or devices with errors.

    I have not heard of fake notebooks so far; but I guess anything is possible. When you say usual price of a Sony Vaio do you mean usual price of a Vaio PCG - 7113L, or any Vaio branded notebook ? Because price depends on the configuration, not on the brand name. I did a quick check on the PCG - 7113L, from what could find this particular model is using an outdated first generation Dual core CPU with an integrated intel graphics card (one of the lowest configurations you can find these days); therefore very cheap. I think the price sounds right (actually even 2500 SAR ~ $670 is bit too much for a notebook with that configuration when compared to U.S. prices, but i guess prices over there are expensive)
