    i am looking to buy the following laptop
    Compaq Presario V4305EA

    I would like to change its existing Intel Celeron Mobile CPU 1.5ghz to a centrino. Is this upgrade possible?

    if yes, how would i go about carrying it out?

    Simply go to a website like http://www.newegg.com/ and look for a pentium processor with similar specs. If you provide the details like the socket, wattage, and stuff, I will be able to help you find one thats compatable with your motherboard (assuming it can support a pentium). Download Everest Home from http://www.majorgeeks.com/ to get your CPU specs.

    I took a look at this post because I am in the process of upgrading my processor too.
