Is it a Dell OEM or 3rd party part number match? Does it say how many more hours you get? And does it like raise up the back of the laptop or extend out the back? This will make a difference if you need a portable and smooth backside laptop as the parts that stick out will cause laptop situation problem how to prop it up or where you can lay it down. So it's not just about the QC of the extended but the environment it will be used in.

it is the extended battery that jacks up the back of the laptop i believe they are genuine dell. i have 2 m1330s, 1 batter when totally bad, it can not charge, the charge indicator and windows indicated battery failure and bios does not see it. the one that works last maybe an hour even if i turn the screen brightness and down, and that's with an SDD and NOT and HDD. would be nice if this would work,

    Amazon.com: (2 Pack) AGPtek 9Cells Battery for Dell XPS M1330 series Laptop Notebook battery p/N: 312-0566 312-0567 451-10473 451-10474 PU556 PU563 TT485 WR050 series Ac Laptop: Computers & Accessories

that's about 25 bucks a battery, that's surprisingly cheap.... a little too cheap if you ask me.

yeah buyer beware! sucker? well maybe but, only by force. it would seem ALL available options are these crappy 25 dollar batteries. i've seen a few for $80 USD a pop plus shipping!!! no guarantee they aren't Chinese either. a cool $100 - $125 USD shipped for 2 quality pieces sounds about right to me. I was able to get a TOP quality deep cycle cold cranking batter for my car for $180 USD.
