    Is there anything else available for PCIe Minicard's apart from ssd and wifi cards and is there any different in form factors?

    I heard that the slot was the same but the pinout is different with those cards.

    are you sure they work with normal miniPCIe card slots?

    Nop, ITM can be run in standard mini PCIe slot. It even came in two flavors: half or full height form factors.

    The one that different is SSD. It physically borrows the mini PCIe slot but has different pin out. Mini PCIe SSDs are proprietary for Asus netbooks and Dell Mini 9.
