I currently have a presario x1000 laptop. I've had it for a few years and its worked great for me. However I 've been using solidworks for a while on my computer and i doesnt work well with my video/graphics card. right now i have a radeon 7500. In order to use solidworks i really need to upgrade my video card.

I have been trying to search online if its possible to change the video cards for these laptops and if so which ones are compatible but I cant find anything. I really need to finish a project using solidworks as soon as i can.

also, i know that i should get a new computer but i just dont have the money for it right now, as soon as i can save up i will buy one.

    please help.
    thank you

I hate to say this, but I'm thinking SolidWorks is going to be too much for that laptop whether you upgrade it or not.
