You can try to sell it here, but I do not think many people will be interested in 512MB of RAM. You can try other sites, like www.ebay.com.

256mb are really low sticks, you can't really get much for it.

I recently sold 2x 512mb for $50, and it sold quick. I'd say $25-$30 for both is fair, if there is a buyer.

Not that I want to steal the thread but how much you reckon I can sell 2 x 512 mb ram for? I need to bump my macbook to 2GB :D
And curse apple for not letting me have 1 x 1GB. It's either 2x256, 2x512, or 2x1024. Sometimes you can really hate apple for being so stiff...

You can sell it between $40-70 for both, depending how bad you want it gone :p

I sold mines on the B/S/T forums at www.redflagdeals.com

I don't want it gone ASAP, I want it gone with as much money they can put in my bank :D
So what can I do to get the maximum value?

Ram prices are on the way down these days so it's only gonna get worse (for selling at least). Sell 'em now, sell 'em quick and take what you can. I sold 2 x 512 DDR2 533Mhz on ebay a few weeks ago for about $35.

Depends on motherboard, but Duron is a pretty old processor, isn't it?
