    well i was wondering if my notebook says it can run ram at 533 can it run 667 also? i kno that there might not be a big difference but its just a simple question. i have a hp compaq v3000z

    John Ratsey did a set of benchmarks on this subject, the difference was little to Zero.

    The V3000z is compatible with DDR2 667. HP originally started shipping with DDR2 533 RAM but later switched to DDR2 667.
