    removing/returning CPU

    I'm interested if I have to apply new coat of thermal paste every time I remove the cooler, or does the one alraedy on it do the job just as well...

    You need to re-apply, otherwise the cooler will not work very well.

    ^ Yes it is better if you re-apply it each time, use AS-5 and have a look at its documentation on how to store it properly....
