Hi, I'm looking to replace my dell d620's wireless card with a new one that would support N. Where can I find a card and the instructions to do so?

I think the 4965 ABGN is a fairly good choice here. You can find 'em pretty cheap on eBay and Dell doesn't whitelist non-Dell cards. I would say go for the 5100 or 5300, but I do recall reading that someone had a problem with the 5300 in a D820, even though the 4965 worked fine.

And of course, you can refer to the service manual for instructions:

5100 is good enough and i use it now... 5300 is better... but if it doesn't work, best to be safe and get a 5100...
