Hi there!
I recently bought a notebook, medion akoya p6512. Everything works fine apart from the CPU which is a bit sluggish. My point is that I would like to replace it with a newer one, I kinda know how to do it but I m not really sure which ones are compatible and if there even is an option to replace it, in case it's soldered. I couldn't find anything about the motherboard but I got a screenshot from hwinfo32.
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to replace this CPU with a newer one, and which one should I buy to get maximum performance? Thanks in advance!

Tsunade_Hime such bacon. wow
Since you have S1G4, pretty much any modern AMD mobile CPU will work. I replaced the Sempron V140 in my brother's Inspiron M5030 with a Phenom II N620 2.8 GHz dual core, but also depends if your cooling system can handle higher TDP processors.

thanks for the reply.
Would a cooler pad help a lot if I'd decide to replace my CPU? -

Innovation Cooling Diamond 7 is a good choice too. MX-2 also has my vote.
