hey guys, i have recently bought a WD my passport studio 500gb and will be getting it soon, i plan to partition off about 50gb for windows programs.
i am running a MBP and will probably partition off about 5-7gb of the internal drive for installing win xp, and have the 50gb on the external that will be connected via FW800 (1394b) for my programs and games, my question is if there will be any performance hit from running games off the external drive connected via FW800?
the external is a WD 500gb 5400rpm and the internal is a Fujitsu 160gb 5400rpm.

    thanks guys
