I know my PLL is ICS9LPRS480.
Is there any way i could overclock using software other than setFSB?
My PLL is supported in the shareware version, but not in the freeware, which means I'm stuck![]()
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

What's your CPU?
And no, you're not stuck at all, it's a nice little programm and I dare say it's worth the approximately 10$... there's a lot of work behind creating such a program. -
My CPU is an AMD Phenom II X4 N930 @ 2GHz
I'd just rather not pay anything. (i know it seems cheap) -
Is yours an HP with N930? I vaguely recall someone who contacted setFSB's maker about it and the maker confirmed that the N930 was not overclockable or something of that sort.

Have you tried manually programing the PLL using a similar, compatible PLL?
-
Don't be cheap. I doubt there's any other program on the net that is worth the price as much as SetFSB is.
Not every program you have to pay for deserves the scorn that M$ and adobe do... where the biggest differences from one version to another are version number and pricetag.
Support independent developers making very useful programs. -
And i'm thinking about donating.
EDIT: I just donated. Now I'm just waiting for my code.
EDIT2: I have been successful in overclocking so farwent from 2000.00MHz to 2379.53 MHz
Still working on it
