i'm going to buy ram from online site. where can i send it to put it in for me, because the ram slot on the bottom of my laptop doesn't exist. I don't want to go to best buy b/c they're just kids and they might spit in my laptop. Other than that, where's a good reliable place for laptop babysitting? And how much will it cost. if it costs too much, i'll just have to operate on my computer myself!

What is the make, model of the laptop....many manufacturers have detailed manuals on how to access the second memory slot & it can be done by a novice if the directions are followed correctly.
