help me out with this. is there a thread or a web link somewhere that is current, which lists out the best displays available currently?
I'm sure there are several ways to sort/organize such; by size, by resolution, by finish [matte, antiglare, gloss, clear.... whatever]
and I don't care whether its available in a package of a certain model i.e. macbook retina, or via diy upgrade.

How do you define best? Best color reproduction? Best for gaming/response time? Best resolution? Best viewing angles? Best quality/price ratio? Also, finish is highly subjective - some people prefer matte, some prefer glossy. So as you can see, the answers to these questions can be vastly different...

I would add and then divide. At least that's what I assume people do unless otherwise noted.
