I am planning to use my new as3004wlci as more of a DTR so I was wondering if one could put a USB bluetooth adapter on it and fix it so the button that "should" turn BT on could toggle power on the peripheral BT? Also, would it be possible just to use it as a non-specific quicklaunch button? My only guess would be through BIOS. Any info. will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hmm...dont know, but adding the Btooth might be possible. Some people did try to replace the card but I dont know if they were successful. Check the Acer Aspire 3003 review thread in the Acer forum. I doubt you can connect it to any of the quick launch buttons since the BIOS didnt have many options, but there are buttons on the top right next to the power button which you can configure to lauch any application you want.
