I would refer you to Minitool Partition Wizard which is a very capable and free partition manager.

First, if you haven't done so, reboot the computer.
Then, if Computer Management can see the SSD, will Disk Management be able to create a partition?
It may also be worthwhile searching to see if there is any firmware update which could help the SSD sort itself out.

after reboot computer management find hdd as raw file....i m back from the starting point....BUT... minitool partition doesn t find any partitions.....i don t know how to make a firmware update for hdd

If the whole drive is showing as unpartitioned space, you can create partitions using Disk Management. The easiest way to do this is format the entire disk to one file system (say NTFS) and assign it a drive letter.

i can t do that...any other sugestions? i need something to erase the ssd and make new partitions...

I don't think you need any external tools in order to format a drive in Windows 7.
Try right-clicking on "Computer" in the start menu -> "Manage" -> "Disk Management". You should be able to find the SSD and when you do, you should be able to right-click on the drive and format it to NTFS from there. -
it s says : windows cannot format the system partition on this disk...
any more sugestions?
