    Balance state from 1.2GHz to 2.1GHz ?

You mean the frequency is jumping from 1.2GHz to 2.1GHz ?

Thats how EIST works, as I posted in your previous thread.

The CPU is supposed to do that and its normal. You can checkout the undervolting guide for info on how to lock the frequency to the highest multiplier.

i dont want to lock the multiplier i want my cpu to work correct with each power plant.when i set it to power saver it doesnt lock to lowest freq and in hi performance it doesnt lock to the highest freq.as for the cpu right mark it locks the cpu to 2gz because t8100 has 10.5 multi and rm drops it to 10 because it doesnt support half multi.anybody with 5715z or 5315(it is the same motherboard)who upgraded to t8100 or 8300 having this issue?

Well, 100MHz is not going to make a difference. :p

If your CPU goes upto 2.1GHz *automatically*, then its working fine. Window's power plans sometimes do not override EIST. Anyway, I doubt any 5315 or 5715z owner even bothered about this 'issue'. :)
